To protect against data loss, our servers are equipped with technology that automatically mirrors all data in real-time to two separate locations. Regular incremental and full backups of all system data are performed, including off-site data backups stored in two separate secure physical locations, to protect against almost all disaster scenarios.

Richard's experience extends to all areas of tax planning, research, strategic planning, and compliance for closely-held corporations, partnerships, and individuals. He works closely with business owners in connection with their personal and business planning. He carries a specialized knowledge of the real estate, restaurant industries, and retail industries.

Rick enjoys spending time with his wife, two sons, daughter and granddaughter. He is actively involved in his Church and enjoys playing golf.
William has been working in the accounting industry since March of 2015. His skill set consists of processing payroll and payroll taxes; preparing both personal and business tax returns; filing monthly, quarterly, and annual sales tax returns; and keeping track of accounts payable and receivables. He plans to obtain his CPA and CMA licenses.

Kevin has been working in the accounting industry since the fall of 2018. His skill set consists of processing payroll, reconciling bank accounts, preparation, and processing of quarterly payroll taxes, preparation of financial statements, and the preparation of individual and business tax returns. After receiving his Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy from The University of Missouri St. Louis, he plans to obtain his CPA license.

Kevin enjoys backpacking, fishing, kayaking, and spending time with family and friends.
Barbara’s experience includes 5 years with PricewaterhouseCoopers where she did expense account audits of staff including partners within the firm, and scheduling staff working at client sites. She was then promoted to be over the Human Resource department. Her new position required her to maintain employee files and facilitating the orientation program for all the new employees hired.
After moving from St. Louis to Farmington she worked for a local CPA firm for fourteen years before the opportunity to join Richard Black, CPA in 2014. Her duties include: administrative assistant to staff members, preparation of individual tax returns; and all payroll functions.
